You'll want to fly into Liberia (airport code LIR) in Guanacaste. We've handled your transportation with a private shuttle from the airport to our retreat location and back to the airport at the end of your transformational journey.
Your comfort is our utmost priority, and we want to ensure we cater to your specific dietary needs. After your booking, we'll send out a pre-work and questionnaire for all attendees. This will allow us to address and accommodate your specific dietary and other personal needs.
The IGNITE retreat is a meticulously curated experience designed to empower you to discover your next chapter. During the retreat, you will participate in 2.5 days of transformative workshops. These workshops are designed to facilitate personal growth and encourage introspection. Be sure to bring your laptop.
We will also have time to relax and get to know each other. There will be time to relax by or in the pool, walk to the beach, and take in the scenery. We have included a Sunset Catamaran Cruise on the last full day. This includes optional snorkeling, kayaking, and cruising in the ocean.

Your investment for the IGNITE retreat is $1850. This is the lowest price that this all-inclusive experience will ever be. Your package includes transportation to and from Liberia Airport (LIR), all meals, luxury beachfront accommodation, a private photo session, 2.5 days of transformative workshops, and an unforgettable Sunset Catamaran Cruise.

The retreat does not include flights to and from your location.
You should plan to arrive in Liberia (LIR) on Tuesday, October 24th. We'll provide transportation from the airport to our retreat location. The official retreat activities begin in the evening, so we recommend scheduling your flight to arrive no later than the early afternoon.
The retreat concludes on Saturday, October 28th. Activities will wrap up in the late morning, so we suggest scheduling your departure flight for the afternoon or evening of that day. Transportation back to the airport will be provided. Please note that depending on your home location, you might want to consider overnight flights or staying an additional night in Liberia. If you wish to extend your stay in Costa Rica, you must arrange transportation to your next destination and final trip to the airport (we can make recommendations).
- Lightweight, comfortable clothing and shoes: The climate is typically warm, even at the end of the rainy season. Breathable fabrics like cotton or linen will be your best bet.
- Sunscreen: Protect your skin while enjoying the beautiful Costa Rican sun.
- Hat: A wide-brimmed hat can provide additional sun protection and keep you cool.
- Sunglasses: Protect your eyes and enjoy the beach views without any glare.
- Bathing suit: You won't want to miss the opportunity to take a dip in the ocean, the pool, and our Sunset Cruise.
- Rain jacket or umbrella: October is the tail-end of the rainy season, so there might be some showers.
- Bug spray: Always helpful to have on hand.
- Outfit for photos: Remember, we’re providing a photographer to take photos of the event and attendees, so if you want to use these on your website and in your marketing, bring an outfit you want to wear.
